COLONIAL VILLAGE OVERVIEW

True to South Knoxville form, Colonial Village is conveniently located for outdoor adventures. However, unlike some of its SoKno neighbors, this neighborhood isn’t worried about being hip and trendy. Instead, this is where you’ll find some of Knoxville’s favorite tried and true classics like Ye Olde Steakhouse and (the unfortunately currently closed) Kay’s Ice Cream. This community is known for being dog friendly, quiet, and friendly, and has convenient access to Chapman Hwy. If you want pretty homes to walk through in the spring, while pretending to be Anne of Green Gables in the White Way of Delight, we highly suggest this area.
