Rhinestone Fest

Rhinestone Fest (formerly known as Dolly Fest) is back in Knoxville to celebrate all things big hair, big hearts and big boooooTs! 😉 Head to Knoxville’s Old City neighborhood to celebrate East Tennessee’s patron saint (Dolly Parton, duh) at Rhinestone Fest. Rhinestone Fest is a freeeee event on the streets of the Old City filled with markets, costumes, and obviously plenty of live music on the main stage! Local businesses will go full Dolly for the weekend with specials, Dolly-themed activities, and more.

The party starts Friday but really amps up on Saturday 🎉
