First-Time Home Buyer Fair

Does the process of buying a home feel a hair… intimidating? Maybe even… scary? 👀 You are not alone, friends! Thankfully, that’s what Move2Knox is here for 🙌

We’re joining forces with REA Downtown & The Mortgage Gallery & Inspector Cluseau to host a “First Time Home Buyers Fair!” Local real estate pros will guide you through the maze of first-time home buying, rescue you from the haunted house of rental woes, and hand out personalized advice like candy at the fair. (Speeeaking of candy at the fair, there will be sips and snacks to enjoy throughout the event, of course!) And it’s all happening in Downtown Knoxville from 2-4pm on Sunday, April 13th.

HERE’S WHAT TO EXPECT:
The first hour will be a panel of real estate agents, loan officers, appraisers, and home inspectors sharing insight & answering FAQs.
The second hour will be ✨HAPPY HOUR✨ You can mingle & chat with different real estate pros, ask more personalized questions, and pop by KUB & Choice Home Warranty booths to learn more & enjoy some goodies.

It’s basically a low pressure (maybe even kinda fun??😉🎉) environment to ask any question you could possibly have to local real estate experts on the ground, doing the work right here in Knoxville, TN. Oh and did we mention it’s all freeee? Hope to see you there! 🤩
