Kern's Food Hall CALLING ALL KNOXVILLE MOMS: Are you a hair… exhausted? 🙃 Don’t get me wrong, you LOOK great – well rested, stunning, glowing. But if you could still use a moment to reset… this event was MADE for you.
The Mama Reset is going to focus on holistic health and cover all areas of wellness (mental health, physical health, social support, perinatal support, nutrition, exercise and body movement, and more). And go ahead & bring your littles to the event because they’re going to have activities for both you AND your kids available.
It’s all going down on Saturday, July 26th from 9am – 12pm at Kern’s Food Hall. Oh and did we mention it’s FREEEE? 🤩 See you there!
