COLONIAL VILLAGE
INTRODUCING
COLONIAL VILLAGE
If you cruise down Chapman Highway for a few minutes, you’ll reach Colonial Village – a neighborhood developed during the influx of construction after WWII & full of beautiful homes from aaall the decades & tax brackets. This community is known for being dog friendly, quiet, and full of incredible views around random corners as you’re driving around. (Sure, it’s almost made us crash a time or two, but the views are worth it, right? 😉). While Chapman Highway isn’t too cute (though she does have lots of shops, etc.), turn into the neighborhoods & you’ll find adorable & unique homes flanked with trees around every corner.
HERE ARE SOME
THINGS WE LOOOVE
There are some great parks - check out Charter E. Doyle Park Greenway & Dog Park!
Born & raised Knoxvillians will point you to staples like Ye Olde Steak House. We suggest CommonPlace Coffee & Thai Time!
BESIDES THAT, HERE ARE
A FEW MORE THINGS
Chapman Hwy is super convenient but she's also lowkey known as " East Tennessee's deadliest highway" soooooo.... 😳
