First Friday Downtown
Art, Culture, (and Snacks), Oh My!Art, Culture, (and Snacks), Oh My!
Downtown Knoxville erupts into a magical land of art, culture, and (free!) wine and snacks on the First Friday of each month! Businesses transform into galleries, while restaurants and bars host a myriad of performances from comedy to music to poetry. Map out your First Friday experience, or simply park and stroll – either way, you’re sure to come out of the experience very fancy and impressive 😉
Pro-Tip: We suggest starting around the 100 Block of Gay St. around 5pm and working your way through the Old City. But make sure to hit staples like The Emporium and the Art Market!
