Knoxville Dolly Fest

Head to Knoxville’s Old City neighborhood to celebrate East Tennessee’s patron saint (Dolly Parton, duh) at Dolly Fest! Dolly Fest is a free event on the streets of the Old City filled with markets, costumes, and obviously plenty of live music.
