Mardi Growl Pet Parade & Festival

Life is hard, people. You need (yes, need) a parade full of dogs in Mardi Gras costumes. This is, paws-down, Knoxville’s cutest parade. We suggest hunkering down on a curb in the Old City & enjoying the endless stream of pups pass by – then following them down to World’s Fair Park for a Pet Festival!
