Mardi Growl Parade

When life hands you one ‘history-making event’ after another, you need (yes, need) a parade full of dogs in Mardi Gras costumes. This is, paws-down, Knoxville’s cutest parade. We suggest enjoying the endless stream of pups in beads on a curb in the Old City – then following them down to World’s Fair Park for a Pet Festival!
