Downtown Knoxville PARK(ing) Day is just about the cutest goshdarn concept we’ve ever heard. Once a year, Gay St. gets blocked off to cars and all the parking spots turn into little pop-up parks! Is that not just the best, most Leslie-Knope-ified idea??
