Rossini Festival

22 Apr
10:00 am - 9:00 pm
Downtown Knoxville

First things first, Rossini was an Italian composer who lived from 1792-1868. (That was our first question at least 😂) And second… The Rossini Festival is a super fun event organized by the Knoxville Opera in Downtown Knoxville every April. (And we truly mean every April. This is the literal TWENTIETH YEAR of the Rossini Festival.)

On April 22nd, the streets of Downtown Knoxville will be closed to cars so that they can open right back up to myriads of vendors, makers, food trucks, and performers. We’re talking FOUR stages with music and entertainment all day long, spanning genres and languages and influences. Best part? It’s all FREEEE, BABY! Come hang!

PS. If you’re curious about the Knoxville Opera, we have the peeerfect way for you to dip your toe in. Click here to learn about New2Opera on April 28th!
