We have LOVED having Sauna House on our New2Knox Active Hop this year and we wanted to give ALL our New2Knox pals the chance to experience it before the year was over 🙌

Join us on Wednesday, September 23rd at Sauna House in North Knoxville to experience contrast therapy (sauna & cold plunge) in the least intimidating environment imaginable — surrounded by folks in the same exact boat 😆 We’ll put our phones away (they simply cannot take the heat) and have a chance to chat, make friends, and try something new… quite literally all our favorite things 😂

A normal weekday Sauna House session is $40 but they’re opening up special just for us and offering the chance to try it for just $10 🤯 You can pop in & out anytime between 5:30-8pm.
