Yoga & Music Experience at Renegade Yoga

They’re calling it a ‘Musical Journey Through the Chakras,’ leaving with you in greater alignment, balance and renewal from the inside out. Mary Conroy will envelop you in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls magically intertwined with Caroline Iantosca’s lyrical harmonies of the cello in this 2-hour meditation, yoga practice, and sound bath immersion.
