SEYMOUR
Seymour is technically part of Blount & Sevier Counties BUT she simply had to make the list. Lots of people choose to live in this sweet lil country town because of the convience to both Downtown Knoxville and Pigeon Forge (it’s about 20-30 minutes to each), truly giving you the best of both worlds of our little corner of Tennessee! The mountain views are also great, and itโs not too far from Foothills Parkway in the Great Smoky Mountains. Expect big yards, southern hospitality, and about a half hour commute to anywhere!

๐ฅAJ (one of the owners) moved to Knoxville as a kid after her mom brought the fam to the Worlds Fair. Mom loved it so much that she packed the fam up & moved them all the way from Phoenix just a couple months later ๐๐ And because of AJโs momโs choice, my Tennessee home now gets to smell deliciously like wassail ๐๐๐ Thanks, AJโs mom!
