SEYMOUR
Seymour is technically part of Blount & Sevier Counties BUT she simply had to make the list. Lots of people choose to live in this sweet lil country town because of the convience to both Downtown Knoxville and Pigeon Forge (it’s about 20-30 minutes to each), truly giving you the best of both worlds of our little corner of Tennessee! The mountain views are also great, and it’s not too far from Foothills Parkway in the Great Smoky Mountains. Expect big yards, southern hospitality, and about a half hour commute to anywhere!
