Local Collective’s Grand Opening Party

West Fifth Ave has a couple new neighbors! One of those new bombshell neighbors is Local Collective and we’re all invited to party with them on September’s First Friday 🥳 Local Collective is a space full of individual studios for Knoxville creatives – everyone from hairstylists to tattoo artists to makers.
