Well, Blue Ridge Yoga is hosting a Stretch & Sound Bath Fundraiser for you to do just that. Ticket sales go to support the Joy of Music School & youuuu get to experience an hour “a uniquely calming inner journey of gentle yoga movements combined with a healing sound immersion.”
