INTRODUCING
WEST HILLS
West Hills is both a residential & commercial neighborhood weaving around I40 and Kingston Pike. (Some would even say it’s nestled inside the larger Bearden neighborhood.) This area of West Knoxville has some cute parks & greenways, easy access to the highway, is close to a variety of schools, and is home to pleeenty of shopping and restaurants!

You have suuuper easy access to the highway & Kingston Pike which means you have pretty easy access to anywhere in Knoxville!
There are some really cute mid-century homes tucked in the neighborhoods around here

There are a looot of chains in this part of town. It can be super convenient ! But it can also be less than inspiring ๐
Though there are exceptions, it's not a very walkable part of town
West Town Mall is Knoxville's only mall. Come Christmas time, traffic can be, well, fun to deal with
