Happy Holler is easily one of our favorite neighborhoods in Knoxville & Holleroo is a day full of celebrating & enjoying the neighborhood we all love! The new (but promised twice a year for…ever? 👀) festival will have a street fair, live music, and a SOAP BOX DERBY (so fun 😆). Plus it’s all happening for our very favorite price – freeeee 😉
