Bubbly Bliss Awaits You
When the weekend finally rolls around, we prefer our pancakes with a side of friendship & fizz. ENTER: brunch with mimosas, obviously 😉 Knoxville has pleeeenty of spots for mimosas and it’s a pretty hard drink to mess up (simply juice & champagne? Just call us ✨minimalists✨) BUT we’ve scouted out some of the spots that make mimosa-sippin’ the most fun AND who give you the most mimosa for your hard-earned buck. YOU DESERVE IT, BABE. Without further ado, here are some of the best spots for mimosas in Knoxville!

WEST KNOXVILLE
LOCO BURRO: We are starting off STRONG with the first of two bottomless mimosa situations on the list 👀 Loco Burro in West Hills has a pretty legit brunch situation period, sporting a brunch buffet. But tack on bottomless mimosas?? And then sip those mimosas on their rooftop patio??!? Smitten. (Yes, the patio overlooks West Town Mall’s parking lot but it’s still a vibe, okay? 😆)
SCRAMBLED JAKES: Over in Rocky Hill, Scrambled Jake’s has a pretty good mimosa situation themseeeelves. You can choose from four different kinds of mimosas by the glass ($6-8) or the carafe ($23-30)!
POINTB: Finally, our option furthest west (yee-haw, cowboy!) is servin’ up deliiiicious brunch everydaaay from 10am-3pm (plus all day Mondays 👀). More importantly when it comes to this particular list, they’re doing so with mimosa flights 🙌 We’re talkin’ a bottle of champagne & four juices because life is hard enough — why choooose?

SOUTH KNOXVILLE
71 SOUTH: Okay, these guys QUICKLY became a brunch favorite of ours. Sunday brunch followed by a market and a walk in the park? YES. But they’ve also got a killer mimosa game. You can get a bottle of Prosecco and a flight of juices (orange, cranberry, orange mango, pineapple) for $15-$18. Split a flight with the table, and y’all, that is a DEAL. (This Enneagram 7 also reeeeally enjoys not having to commit to a solitary juice 😂)
MIMOSAS: Well, we obviously had to include the restaurant named Mimosas in a Knoxville mimosa round-up 😆 These guys are baaarely South Knoxville (we’re talkin’ JUST across the river) but they’re also serving up daily brunch. They kick it up a notch on the weekends, but have specialty mimosas & build-your-own mimosas available to ya every👏single👏day👏
REDBUD KITCHEN: Another underrated gem in South Knoxville is RedBud Kitchen! They’ve got a carafe of mimosas for $18 during their weekend brunch (or you can sip your way through a variety of other single-serve bubblies). Pro-Tip: Sit on the patio to enjoy the Old Sevier Ave views & then stroll down to the river 🙌

NORTH KNOXVILLE
North Knoxville is brew-centric & brunch is no exception!
ALE RAE’S GASTROPUB: This place is just stellar, period. (Sit on the patio; it’s the best.) Word on the street, they have some of the best Bloody Mary’s in town but WE’LL LEAVE THAT FOR ANOTHER LIST 😏 For now, enjoy a beer-mosa for just $4 in true North Knox style.

DOWNTOWN KNOXVILLE
And now puhleeeeease tell us a combo better than a Market Square Farmer’s Market followed by a mimosa on a Downtown Knoxville patio? No, that’s right, you can’t 😉
NOT WATSON’S: These guys have a leg up by being on the Square itself. Hit the Farmer’s Market. Sip on a $5 mimosa. Then take another lap around the Farmer’s Market because you really should get that homemade bread you were eyein’ before.
RUBY SUNSHINE: BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE. Ruby Sunshine is actually brunchin’ it up everyday (not just weekends, my heart 🥲) with a handful of mimosa options.
BALTER BEERWORKS: These guys have made a name for themselves when it comes to Knoxville brunch and for goooood reason. They’re out here slingin’ TWO DOLLAR DOUBLE MIMOSAS or just call it from the beginning and snag a carafe for $10 😉
STIR: Down the street & around the corner in the Old City, Stir is “stirring” things up on their own (hardyhar) with an $18 mason jar of mimosa. No, no, no, not just any mason jar. Look at that picture? Yeah, that bubbly baby is HUGE.

Bye, Ya Bubbly Babes
Thankfully, this is just the beginning of all the beautiful brunches full of magical mimosas in our Scruffy City. Spots like The Farmacy (she is SO cute), Plaid Apron, and Southern Grit are definitely worth checking out as well, to name just a few.
But whether you’re a seasoned mimosa connoisseur or just dipping your toes into the bubbly waters, these spots are guaranteed to leave you feeling fizzy and fabulous. Cheers to brunch adventures and endless mimosas in Knoxville, Tennessee!
(PS. if you want some brunch-lovin’ besties, a New2Knox Happy Hour Hop may be the perfect place to find some 👀)
